Bodywork, electronics, calibration and diagnostics are distinct disciplines. Each area therefore has its own process, tools and a clear explanation of the result.
Bodywork · PDR
We assess geometry, material, access and paint condition before choosing the method. Where technically possible, the panel is reshaped with levers or glue-pull technology, preserving the original paint without filler or refinishing. Structural damage or broken paint is handled with conventional body repair and precise forming.
ECU · TCU · Electronics
Faults that appear only when cold, hot or under load require reproducible diagnosis. We check power supply, communication, memory and unit behaviour under changing conditions before any intervention, separating electronic faults from wiring or software issues.
ECU & TCU Performance
We do not install generic files. We first log the vehicle's actual condition, then coordinate engine and transmission for its fuel, hardware and intended use. Live data and repeatable measurements validate the calibration within the technical limits of the complete drivetrain.

Reading fault codes is only the starting point. With VCDS we evaluate measured-value blocks, adaptation states and interactions between systems. We save the original coding before any change, then document and verify the function on the vehicle.
